I don’t even know why i bother with fake tan tbh. I always end up covering my legs with tights and i always end up wearing a cardigan or my leather jacket or something. So really you only ever see my face, and my face is never the same shade as my fake tan. So really its just pointless. I’ll probably always still do it anyway.

Went on the You me at six tour :) Was away from my house for two weeks. Despite all the stress and fuck ups i had a really good time <3

Went to see Kids in Glass Houses with Lisa and Kamie. This was a good gig. And they were so much better than they were when i seen them at T.

Finally got to see The Maine again <3 about 3 years almost after the first time i seen them. They were just perfect <3 As were Mayday Parade. Met a few of the band members after the gig. Which was nice but totally made me realise that i am definitely now at gigs for the music. Yes its good If you get to meet the band but all i’m interested now is mostly just the music.

Said goodbye to my best friend who moved to Aberdeen. His leaving night out was a good night but i miss him sooo bad!
Had my first day at uni. This was honestly one of the most nerve wracking things ever. Just being out my comfort zone. New places, new faces. But there was also a few familar faces and that helped me a lot :) Met some nice new people aswell.

Went to Leeds Festival :) That was awesome! Had a totally different feel from T but i really enjoyed it. Was soooo good to see You me at six on a big stage like that <3 I felt so proud hahaa. Was also good to see All Time Low, Paramore and Blink <3 that was such a good line up tbh.

I went to Tinthepark :) Had a good weekend, despite the rain and the mud. Seen acts that i never really thought i’d get the chance to see. Really enjoyed Eminiem, Black Eyed Peas, Biffy Clyro, 30 Seconds to Mars etc etc etc. I even didn’t mind the camping that much. Although our tent lacked a supply of air for some reason.

Seen Mayday Parade for the first time. Had just waited years for this. It was good.
I turned 18 :) and ended up in Oban with Paula and Adelle on my 18th. Stayed for a few days. Was really good to get away. Was exactly what i needed at this point. Had a good few days with those two <3

Went to Manchester with Paula to see You Me At Six. Seriously, one of my highlights of this year. The laughs we had were just some of the best. Got lost in Manchester. Paula lost her shoe during the gig. Then ended up with the same shoe as hers only in a different colour, and two sizes to small. Walked around Manchester the next day till Paula bought new shoes.

Started this year in George Square in Glasgow on New Years. Had a good wee night despite the not so good bands playing. Although i enjoyed Tommy Reilly, he was good. Got really drunk. I just came across my picture with Max Helyer from Slamdunk Festival 2010. Seriously, why did i think it was appropriate to meet him in such a state?!?! And how did i even get into such a state actually? It wasn’t that late in the day and i hadn’t had much to drink by this time :S I wonder if i’ll ever pluck up the courage to show anyone that photo.
I actually haven’t done anything all day. Just sat around overthinking everything as usual. I’d have been as well sitting in my jammies all day tbh.
Just remembered why i never wash my hair without using conditioner. For some reason i did that this morning and just grrrrrrr! at my hair. Won’t sit properly and just doesn’t look right. I’ll know not to make that mistake again.

I got driving lessons for Christmas.
I’ve been given money for my 17th birthday, then my 18th for lessons but have always ended up spending it on something else. But i actually got lessons. The thought of me driving makes me laugh.
